In most states, yes, for anyone whose work involves children, even if the session is for staff on a school day. Your school decides what each presenter must hold, and iComply records it.

Yes. Program businesses add each presenter to their profile, and every presenter's check is tracked with reminders before it lapses.
How are presenters rated?
Only after a completed session booked through iComply. Ratings are double-blind, comments are moderated, and averages appear after 3 reviews from different schools.
Is the presenter's profile free?
The compliance profile is free, forever. Presenters pay only if they choose a directory plan to be listed or show the iComply Preferred badge.
