A Preferred plan unlocks the iComply Preferred badge. It shows only while you meet all four, checked automatically.

- 3 or more completed jobsVerified work on iComply: a kiosk sign-in, a completed session, a booking or a closed permit.
- 4.0 average or betterRecency-weighted, from at least 3 different organisations.
- No unresolved concernsAnything raised with iComply is worked through first.
If something lapses, the badge pauses with the reason shown in your portal, and returns when you meet the bar again. Your listing stays up.
Two-way, verified reviews
Fair on both sides of the gate.
- Only after real work. A review unlocks after a kiosk sign-in, a completed session, a facility booking or a closed permit.
- Double-blind. Schools rate you on reliability, quality, communication, value and child safety. You rate them on a clear brief, site access and paying on time. Neither shows until both submit, or 14 days pass.
- Moderated, with a right of reply. iComply checks comments before they are public, you can reply, and anyone can report a review.
- “Trusted by” counts. Your profile shows how many schools work with you. A client's name appears only when they tick “Yes, show us as a client”, and they can change their mind.
Do I have to pay to work with schools on iComply?
No. The compliance profile is free, forever, and works with any school or organisation that invites you. Plans are only for being found in the directory.
How do I pay?
By invoice, annually, GST inclusive. Your listing goes live when the invoice is issued and you have 30 days to pay. We remind you at 14, 7 and 0 days, and the listing pauses if it stays unpaid.
Can I buy the iComply Preferred badge?
No. The Preferred plan unlocks it, but the badge shows only while you meet the quality bar. Until then you keep the plan's placement and full profile.
Who can review me?
Only a school or organisation you have actually worked with through iComply. Reviews are double-blind, moderated, and you can reply publicly.
Will my documents be public?
Never. The directory shows your profile, programs and reviews. Documents are shared only with the schools and organisations you work with.
