Who needs what

Board, staff and volunteers need different things.

Set a requirement profile for each kind of person once. Everyone added later gets the right list, and a clear red, amber or green.

  • Board

WWC Check, National Police Check and the Code of Conduct, re-signed every 3 years.

  • Staff

WWC Check (employee), police check, child-safe training, first aid, and an interview with child-safety questions if you use one.

  • Volunteers

WWC Check (volunteer), child-safe training and the Code of Conduct. Under-18s are marked "not required" for checks your rules exclude.

Each person gets their own link to see what's needed, add their checks, sign policies and claim fees. Nothing counts until an admin approves it.

Reimbursements

Paid back, without the paper chase.

If you cover check fees, people send the receipt from their link. You approve or reject it with a reason, then mark it paid with the date and reference. Export the lot as a CSV for your bookkeeper.

Notifications and security

You hear when it matters. Nobody else hears at all.

Built for organisations that hold sensitive information about people who work with children.

Told straight away

Something to approve? The admin gets an email and a push alert. A daily summary arrives only when there's something in it.

Two-step sign-in

A 6-digit code by email, or an authenticator app.

Only what you need

For police checks, the date seen and result category. Certificate copies stay off unless you turn them on.

Walled off, twice

Every request is checked against your organisation in the app and again in the database.

Every action logged

Approvals, rejections, payments and who viewed what, with who and when.

Australian-hosted

Encrypted at rest and in transit. Your organisation stays in control of its data.

Pricing · GST inclusive

One price for the whole organisation.

No per-person fees. Volunteers and staff never pay to complete their record.

Do you store police check certificates?

Not by default. You record the date you saw it and the result category. If your organisation needs a copy on file, an admin can turn certificate copies on.

Does iComply check people against government registers?

No. iComply records the details people give and the date someone in your organisation checked them, and reminds people before anything expires. The official check happens on the government service.

Do we have to use WWC Connect in Victoria?

Whether your organisation must use WWC Connect is unconfirmed. Check with the Social Services Regulator.
