For sports clubs and leagues

Every coach, cleared before the whistle.

Working with Children Checks, police checks, first aid and your Code of Conduct for every coach, manager and volunteer. Each person fills in their own record from a link. You check one list on match day.

Sound familiar?

New season. New coaches. Same spreadsheet.

Most clubs run on goodwill and a shared spreadsheet that one person understands. Then that person moves on.

  • Coaches turn over every season

Parents step up, step back and swap teams. Every new name needs a check before the first training.

  • Different rules in every state

WWCC, police checks, first aid and a Code of Conduct, each with its own expiry, and they differ for employees and volunteers.

  • The spreadsheet nobody trusts

Card numbers in one tab, expiry dates in another, half of them out of date. Nobody gets reminded.

  • Match-day guesswork

Saturday, 8:45am, a new assistant coach shows up. Is their check current? You need the answer now, on your phone.

How it works

Set up tonight. Sorted by Saturday.

  1. Pick your club's own address

Your people sign in at yourclub.icomplyaustralia.com.au, with your logo and colours (on the Club plan).

  2. Paste your list of people

Copy names and emails from your spreadsheet, or upload a CSV. Choose who is a coach, manager or volunteer.

  3. They complete their own record

Each person gets a link (no password needed) to add their checks, sign the Code of Conduct and see what's missing.

  4. The Action centre tells you what needs you

What to approve, what expires in 7, 14 or 30 days, and who's missing something. One click to nudge them all.

Match day

Red means stop.

Open the team list on your phone before the game. Everyone's status at a glance: cleared, expiring soon, or stop. The same rule your club set, applied the same way every week.

  • Season roll-over

Copy last season's teams, see who lapsed over summer and send one nudge to everyone who needs it.

  • Reminders that chase for you

People are reminded before a check expires, so the list stays green without you ringing around.

Straight talk

What we do. What we don't.

A green tick should mean exactly what it says. So we're clear about where iComply stops.

We record and remind

iComply keeps each person's check details, expiry dates and sign-offs, and reminds them before anything lapses. The official check happens on the government service.

Starter rules you can edit

Start from starter rules for clubs in Victoria, New South Wales or South Australia, then edit them to match your club's policy. Elsewhere, set up your own checks.

WWC Connect in Victoria

Whether your organisation must use WWC Connect is unconfirmed. Check with the Social Services Regulator. Read our WWC Connect guide.

Your register, exported

Download your people and their checks as a CSV whenever your league, insurer or committee asks.

Your club, walled off

Your people sign in on your club's address only. Other clubs never see your register. Australian-hosted.

People own their record

Each person updates their own details from their link, so you're not retyping card numbers.

Club pricing · GST inclusive

Free to start. $240 a year when you grow.

Grassroots is free and fully self-serve. Around 30 people, we'll suggest moving to Club. You're never locked out.

Is Grassroots really free?

Yes. Volunteer-run clubs with up to about 30 people pay nothing and set everything up themselves. When you pass about 30 people we'll prompt you to upgrade, but nothing is ever blocked or locked.

Do coaches and volunteers pay?

No. Only the club has a plan. Coaches, managers and volunteers complete their record for free.

Does iComply do the WWCC or police check?

No. People apply on the government service as usual. iComply records the details, tracks expiry dates and reminds people before they lapse.
